Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks in the Spa and Salon areas, including restocking towels, emptying trash, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Restock vanity supplies and replenish inventory and janitorial products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in events, programs, and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Represent the club in a professional manner, adhering to our values and standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum two (2) years of housekeeping or janitorial experience.
  • Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude and abilities.
  • Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player.
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative, and anticipates the needs of others.
