Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

Job Overview

At And Still We Rise, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team of independently licensed psychotherapists. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing direct clinical supervision to unlicensed clinical team members, monitoring caseloads, and ensuring compliance with agency and clinical practices.

Responsibilities

Provides direct, individual clinical supervision for unlicensed clinical team members (LCSWs) and group supervision
Monitors caseloads and ensures that supervisees comply with all agency and clinical, legal, and ethical practices
Reviews and co-signs supervisees' progress notes, clinical forms, and correspondences when indicated
Provides leadership and mentorship to clinical supervisees
Attends Clinical Collaboration and Clinical Supervision meetings as needed

Requirements

Independently licensed within the state of Washington
Master's degree (M.A.) or higher in Social Work or Mental Health related field
Ability to supervise provisionally licensed team members
Psychotherapist candidates must conceptualize from an intersectional perspective, utilize culturally informed interventions, have an interest in working with women, BIPoC, queer, and trans communities, as well as have a niche(s) (e.g., couples, trauma, EMDR, family, etc.) or is interested in developing a niche
Able to work independently, collaborate with team members, and be open to growing
