Job Summary

The Spa & Salon Housekeeping Attendant position is a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and exceptional customer service standards of our Spa and Salon areas. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment for our members and guests, while providing top-notch service and hospitality.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness of Spa and Salon areas, including restocking towel shelves, emptying and wiping down trash cans, disinfecting and cleaning toilets and showers, cleaning vanity mirrors and top lights, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors regularly, and drying wet areas.
  • Restock vanity supplies and replenish inventory and janitorial products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Greet members and guests throughout the department.
  • Understand and anticipate the needs of our members, providing exceptional customer service and responding to their inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively and follow up as necessary.
  • Participate actively in events, programs, meetings, and training.
  • Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow-through and response.
  • Schedule may vary and may require weekend and holiday hours, days, and evenings.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum two (2) years of housekeeping or janitorial experience.
  • Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude and abilities.
  • Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player.
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative, anticipates the needs of others, and willing to acquire new skills.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Detail-orientation and high cleanliness standards.
