Key Responsibilities:
- Take vitals and administer medication as prescribed
- Report patient status to RNs and doctors
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed

Requirements:
- Degree in Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) from an accredited program
- Valid LPN license in good standing from the State of New York
- Authorizations to work in the US
