### Key Responsibilities

* Processing pension entries, including approval and rejection of old-age pensions, partial pensions, survivor's pensions, and lump sum payments
* Conversion of partial pensions into full pensions, as well as cancellation, amendment, and recovery notices
* EU and pro rata procedures, payment reporting procedures, creditor account clarification, wage account clarification, and implementation of pension equalization decisions
* Pension equalization, including suspension of reduction and garnishments/insolvency proceedings
* Reviewing decisions in a 4-eyes principle
* Testing of the application

As a competent contact person, you will be available to our members for individual advice and information, both in writing and by phone, in difficult case situations. You will work collaboratively with other departments within the company to ensure seamless support and service.
