Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled Bartenders to be part of our opening team. Candidates should possess a strong background in beverage service, with a focus on craft cocktails, spirits, and wines. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in craft cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks of bar supplies.
- Adhere to all local liquor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage pairings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Valid Food Handlers & RBS certification.
