ASRC Federal Technology Solutions, a division of ASRC Federal, is in search of a Legal Analyst to provide essential support for our contract initiatives with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), specifically within the Asset Forfeiture Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate various information sources; correlate gathered data to either substantiate or challenge existing information.
  • Analyze collected data to create a comprehensive overview of activities and assist ongoing investigations.
  • Gather and assess legal information, summarizing findings into detailed reports.
  • Ensure that all data entered into the database complies with relevant Court Orders and legal documentation.
  • Conduct legal research, summarize disposition transcripts, and compile indices and related materials.
  • Manage the distribution and receipt of documents pertinent to asset forfeiture cases.
  • Assist in drafting affidavits and seizure warrants.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to fulfill client needs.
  • Provide administrative assistance to various stakeholders across multiple departments and locations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal or business-related field.
  • Proven skills in the collection and analysis of legal data, along with the evaluation of information.
  • Attention to detail is crucial, particularly when dealing with financial data.
  • Paralegal certification is advantageous.
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a government-sponsored background investigation.
