Job Summary

BRMi is seeking a highly skilled Risk Governance & Frameworks Risk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for developing and maturing client's Enterprise Risk Framework, Risk Directives Framework, Issues Management Framework, Risk Governance Framework, and Risk Training Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the development and maturation of client's Enterprise Risk Framework, Risk Directives Framework, Issues Management Framework, Risk Governance Framework, and Risk Training Strategy.
  • Support the development and maintenance of governance processes and documentation in alignment with client's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
  • Participate in the development of the enterprise risk training strategy and support development of enterprise-wide training to drive awareness and a culture of effective risk management.
  • Develop program enhancements to identify critical areas to monitor and escalate issues and findings to appropriate stakeholders and governance committees.
  • Develop enterprise risk management (ERM) methodologies and framework to drive consistency in analyzing, reporting, and governing enterprise risks.
  • Act as a thought leader working across the enterprise to develop and implement enterprise risk management practices, components, and framework.
  • Use analytical skills to conduct risk process improvement, design & drive process excellence and optimization efforts to mature the program.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise or operational risk management.
  • Experience with policy, procedure, and process development.
  • Experience leading risk and/or compliance related activities in financial services or other relevant industry.
  • Effective skill in building strategic and execution-focused plans and alliances with stakeholders and leaders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs.
  • Risk Management Certifications are a plus.
