Job Title: Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Ltd. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, providing technical support and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and delivery of projects and technical services.
  • Identify and promote opportunities for service improvement, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage customer feedback and survey results to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Acquire new business opportunities through strategic planning and relationship-building.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL Service Lifecycle and IT best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
