About the Role:
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in our Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CSICU), you will be part of a dynamic 12-bed unit focused on delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from complex cardiac surgeries. This newly designed unit is equipped with cutting-edge monitoring technology and thoughtfully constructed rooms that enhance collaborative care among our healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional nursing care in alignment with physician directives.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a designated patient group.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior nursing staff.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient outcomes.
- Engage in patient and family advocacy to ensure a supportive care environment.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and relevant specialty nursing certifications. Your expertise will be crucial in developing individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient and their families.
