Job Summary

Marksman Security Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Field Supervisor to oversee and manage site activity within a designated geographical area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and be able to effectively supervise and train security personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to inspect and coach security officers at various locations
  • Ensure officers perform all aspects of their assignments as per site post orders and standard operating procedures
  • Ensure officers properly fill out all necessary paperwork, including time sheets, daily activity reports, and incident reports
  • Assist in creating and managing the work schedule for security staff
  • Counsel security staff as needed and directed by management
  • Conduct inspections and report findings to management
  • Train new officers when assigned to the site
  • Provide management with personnel recommendations as needed
  • Ensure time sheets and other logs are properly filled out by officers
  • Investigate any reported payroll or time discrepancies as needed
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • State licensing, if applicable
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving history
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Desire to develop, motivate, and train others under a decentralized model
  • Previous CCTV, intermediate fire panel, and other emergency system experience required
  • Two years previous Security, Law Enforcement, and/or Military experience required
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
