Key Responsibilities- Identify strategic sourcing initiatives and drive cost savings, quality improvement, and efficiency gains across IT departments.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and key suppliers, executing sourcing strategies and managing RFI/RFPs and vendor negotiations.
- Ensure license compliance across Enterprise applications and oversee the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive database of all licensing contracts.
- Provide business and functional advice, guidance, and expertise to stakeholders to inform strategic business and investment decisions.
- Manage and facilitate dispute resolutions with stakeholders and vendors, and lead contract negotiations to establish standard terms and conditions for services.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent problem-solving, information gathering, and analysis skills.
- Natural ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Highly organized and able to plan, prioritize time, and execute on deliverables.
- Very detail-oriented and able to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional diplomacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business acumen in the area of financial operations in an IT environment.
- Proven ability and drive to identify and implement process improvements.
