Duties and Responsibilities:- Operate a professional lodging operation, providing exceptional service to guests and ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Navy Exchange lodging services and drive revenue growth.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with all safety, fire, and sanitation regulations, as well as Navy Exchange policies and procedures.

- 5 years of experience in hospitality management, with a focus on lodging operations and customer service.
- Proven track record of success in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of associates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Experience working in a military or government environment.
- Knowledge of Navy Exchange policies and procedures.
- Certifications in hospitality management or a related field.
