Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Operate a professional lodging operation, providing exceptional service to guests and ensuring a safe and secure environment.

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Navy Exchange lodging services and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Supervise and train associates to ensure they meet performance standards and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, fire, and sanitation regulations, as well as Navy Exchange policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in hospitality management, with a focus on lodging operations and customer service.
  • Proven track record of success in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of associates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a military or government environment.
  • Knowledge of Navy Exchange policies and procedures.
  • Certifications in hospitality management or a related field.
