Portland Job Opening for Outpatient RDN

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team in Portland, Oregon. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

About the Role
  • This is an outpatient role where you will provide diabetes self-management education and training to patients with diabetes and their family members.

You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary diabetes care team to implement plans of care and participate in the development of training materials. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping patients suffering from acute or chronic hyper/hypo glucose management, managing therapeutic regimes according to protocols.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering interactive, collaborative, skill-based training methods and maximizing interactive training methods. You will develop a Plan of Care that includes self-care skills, disease process, medication, diet, activity, home safety management, and emergency procedures.

We offer a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $113,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will also receive continuing education opportunities, bereavement leave, medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as a 403(b) retirement plan and employee assistance programs.
