Job Title: Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at LM HALL ENTERPRISE. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and removal of temporary containment systems for our commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the company in a professional and accommodating manner at all times.
  • Assist in the installation of temporary containment systems, adhering to company procedures and industry standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance on the job site.
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools to safely assemble and dismantle containment units.
  • Remove containment systems upon project completion and return materials to storage.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring materials are properly handled and stored.
  • Perform routine maintenance on product inventory, tools, and company vehicles.
  • Obtain any relevant industry-related licenses as required.
  • Stay informed on product specifications and industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • One year or more of experience in construction, ideally in drywall installation or related fields.
  • Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment and materials.
  • Excellent physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with STARC or Abatement modular systems.
  • Familiarity with hospital or cleanroom environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards.

This is a contract position with a competitive hourly rate of $23.00. The expected hours are 10-20 per week, with a flexible schedule that includes day, evening, and night shifts, as well as on-call and weekend work as needed.
