As a Field Service Technician, you will be part of our Product Inspection Group, which is the world's leading supplier of in-line checkweighers, metal detectors, machine vision systems, and x-ray inspection systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class support to customers through start-ups, audits, maintenance, repair, and training of Safeline X-Ray, Safeline Metal Detectors, Hi-Speed Checkweighers, or CI Vision machines.
  • Manage all aspects of field service support, including communications between customers and the service department, effective scheduling, detailed preparation of written reports and documentation, and maintenance of job assignments.
  • Develop and maintain good customer relationships, becoming the customer's trusted advisor.
  • Identify root cause of service issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Accurately complete and submit all service reports and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Keep up with ongoing technical training to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Electronics or Engineering Technology, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with other departments and teams in a professional and cooperative manner.
  • Ability to work in a variety of environments, including cold/hot temperatures, humid environments, and explosive environments.
  • Valid driver's license, passport, and ability to obtain rental vehicles.
