Job Summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Manager to lead our Customer Excellence Center (CEC) team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Solutions Specialists to ensure seamless customer interactions and resolution of complex issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, customer support, and distributor partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of customer service or sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
