Key Responsibilities
  • Credit Analysis and Decision Making: Analyze the economic conditions of borrowers, assess their creditworthiness, evaluate collateral, and create corresponding contracts.
  • Credit Protocol and Contract Management: Draft credit protocols and contracts, process credit extensions, and assess them within the scope of market follow-up voting.
  • Credit Management and Risk Analysis: Make credit decisions together with colleagues in the market within the granted joint competence, and be responsible for credit management, including risk analysis and voting in the area of early risk detection.
  • Business Process Optimization: Ensure timely completion of credit transactions and technical processing, while adhering to all relevant guidelines, and proactively support the market follow-up development of the segment and continuously optimize business processes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Several years of practical experience in the credit sector of corporate and commercial real estate business, preferably in a primary bank.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Confident knowledge in creditworthiness and liquidity analysis, as well as collateral processing, and a strong understanding of risk in the credit sector.
  • Personal Qualities: Decisive, high sense of responsibility, able to meet deadlines, prepare and follow up on them independently, set the right priorities, and practice professional time management.
