Speech Language Pathology Assistant Position in Haltom City, Texas

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join our team in Haltom City, Texas. This full-time position will involve working with students in pre-K through 12th grade, providing assessments and interventions to address speech and language disorders.
Salary & BenefitsThe salary for this position is estimated at $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and retirement plans, as well as opportunities for ongoing professional growth and mentorship.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated and passionate SLP Assistant to conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with teachers and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans
- Manage a moderate case load of diverse students with varying communication needs
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Valid Texas SLPA license
