We offer a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description
The successful candidate will provide speech and language services to students, evaluating and diagnosing communication disorders, and developing individualized treatment plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must hold a valid Texas State SLP License and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Benefits
As a full-time employee working 30 hours or more per week, you will be eligible for health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits. You will also receive weekly pay with guaranteed work hours and payment for both direct and indirect services rendered.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments.
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
- Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress.
