Job Overview

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments to identify speech and language disorders and implementing individualized therapy plans.

  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans.
  • Case Load Management: Manage a moderate case load of diverse students with varying communication needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • A valid Texas SLPA license.
