- Achieve and surpass individual performance targets, including call volume, adherence to schedules, and quality assurance metrics.
- Verify caller identity by collecting necessary data points to ensure secure information sharing.
- Efficiently navigate various computer systems while maintaining an engaging conversation with the customer.
- Resolve customer concerns and clearly communicate the next steps required for inquiry resolution.
- Document call details promptly within a tracking system.
Work Environment:
This position offers a hybrid work model, with a combination of in-office and remote work. The training period is designed to equip you with the necessary skills for success.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, and skills. In addition to the base salary, there may be opportunities for annual bonuses or other incentive compensation.
