  • Resolve customer concerns and clearly communicate the next steps required for inquiry resolution.
  • Document call details promptly within a tracking system.

Work Environment:

This position offers a hybrid work model, with a combination of in-office and remote work. The training period is designed to equip you with the necessary skills for success.

Compensation:
