Precision Castparts Corp. seeks a highly skilled Process Engineering Manager to provide and manage program support of Continuous Improvement in the organization. In this capacity, the successful candidate will support and facilitate manufacturing process improvement efforts and plans, introduce and implement Statistical Process Control techniques, and provide administrative support to Reengineering activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support and facilitate manufacturing process improvement efforts and plans.
• Develop and initiate cost reduction programs in the assigned manufacturing area.
• Introduce and implement SPC techniques and associated measurement and control systems.
• Assist and develop Training program initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to Reengineering activities.

Requirements:
• 4 Year degree in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial, Electrical) or equivalent work experience.
• MBA desirable.
• 5-10 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of forging or metal working processes preferred.

Special Skills and Requirements:
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Good computer skills (software packages, languages, and operational systems).
• Working knowledge of SPC tools and techniques.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously or as a team member.
