Job Description:The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing quality plans and processes;
- Analyzing quality data and identifying areas for improvement;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues;
- Conducting internal audits and supplier evaluations;
- Maintaining accurate records and reports.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical or biomedical engineering or a related field;
- At least two years of experience in quality assurance or a related field;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities;
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and testing methods.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
