Clean Earth is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee the activities of our regional Beneficial Use Facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility operations, with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of supervisors and hourly facility processing staff, including laborers, scale operators, equipment operators, administrative staff, and technical support roles. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements.

The Construction Manager will work closely with the safety team to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, and will be responsible for generating reports for senior management and regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operations of the regional Beneficial Use Facilities
• Oversee the activities of supervisors and hourly facility processing staff
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements
• Work closely with the safety team to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Generate reports for senior management and regulatory agencies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in environmental/civil engineering, environmental science, or business management
• 8+ years' experience in facility operations, with at least 5 years in supervisory capacity
• Experience in the operation of treatment, processing, recycling, and/or transfer facilities
