The Team Lead will collaborate within a cross-functional team, taking charge of e-commerce strategy and execution. They will be responsible for fostering and sustaining a productive relationship with the client, supporting our dedicated commerce team in the development, optimization, and implementation of e-commerce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the marketplace commerce search program's successes and challenges across various platforms.
- Lead the strategy and planning process, as well as the activation of e-retail search initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics to derive insights for future strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to share innovative ideas and identify new solutions for clients.
- Keep management informed of significant client opportunities and potential risks affecting business health.
- Oversee the workflow of all client programs, ensuring project initiation across departments.
- Review client deliverables for quality assurance and viability.
- Develop comprehensive digital account strategies and plans for each client.
- Maintain excellent communication through various channels.
- Create and deliver impactful client presentations while providing thought leadership.
- Analyze key metrics to recommend and implement enhancements for client program performance.
- Manage client billing and coordinate financial processes.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity.
- Uphold account management standards and best practices in program management.
- Assist in mentoring and developing team members.
- Contribute to the documentation of best practices for operational efficiencies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in media management with a focus on e-commerce platforms.
- 1-2+ years of experience managing paid search or sponsored ad campaigns, with a solid understanding of the search landscape.
- Experience in managing teams is advantageous.
- Strong background in cross-media planning, with digital planning capabilities, particularly in retail and/or Amazon.
- Familiarity with bid management software is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of key retailers and their market strategies.
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector is preferred.
- Proficient in industry tools and adept at utilizing proprietary tools.
- High cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and teams.
- Strong writing skills for drafting professional communications.
- Versatile and agile in working across various industries and markets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated.
