Job Summary

We are seeking a Guest Service Associate/Cashier to join our team. As a Guest Service Associate/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests
  • Operate a cash register, handle cash, lottery tickets, and other transactions
  • Complete shift reports and maintain accurate records
  • Clean and maintain the store, including windows, floors, bathrooms, and trash containers
  • Stock shelves and coolers with merchandise
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Conduct gasoline tank inventory and check product deliveries
  • Perform yard maintenance, including sweeping, shoveling, and painting
  • Assist with light equipment maintenance and merchandising
  • Communicate effectively with associates and guests
  • Count, read, and write accurately to complete required paperwork

Requirements

  • Wear required store uniform
  • Available to work weekend, evening shifts, and holidays
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must attend mandatory meetings

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent bending, reaching, lifting of 1 to 15 lbs
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion
  • Reaching above shoulder height and bending below waist
  • Ability to freely access all areas of the store
  • Move quickly around the store

Compensation

Hourly rate: $15.69-$17.69
