Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting on past due invoices and managing accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect on past due invoices and manage accounts receivable.
  • Create and update aging reports to track outstanding payments.
  • Assist with billing processes and cash applications as needed.
  • Review and ensure clients are charged correctly.
  • Resolve any invoice discrepancies efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with clients.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent accounts receivable experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong communication and organizational skills, and excellent customer service abilities.
