Sensor Tower is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our agency partner network expansion and identify brand partnership opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for nurturing existing agencies into the partnership model, as well as proactively identifying and pursuing new brand partnerships.

This is a remote opportunity, with our New York office serving as a hub for employee collaboration and team-building events. Business partners within this region will be involved in agency relationships and customer interactions.

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of $105,000 + variable (renewals/upsells).

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a book of agency business in the US, identifying opportunities for growth within their portfolio of brands.
  • Engaging in c-level discussions with agencies and strategizing their use cases with our platform.
  • Creating, managing, and implementing Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Providing competitive insights and trends to clients, based on a deep understanding of their business.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and interpreting them into actionable business insights.
  • Communicating effectively between product teams and customers, managing expectations on feature requests and releases.
  • Identifying product penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities within the managed customer base.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, mobile app industry trends, general advertising, and competitive landscape is a plus.
