The Strategy & Rare Disease (STARS) organization at Novo Nordisk Inc. is seeking a Rare Blood Community Liaison to drive the long-term strategic direction of our US commercial efforts for Novo Nordisk's Rare Disease portfolio. As a key member of the STARS team, you will facilitate the development and coordination of the execution of our long-term strategy, defining a sustainable business model in the US beyond a 5-year time horizon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend and assist with planning events held by patient organizations in your territory, representing Novo Nordisk, Inc. at selected national events hosted by those patient organizations.
  • Collaborate with Market Access and Government Affairs teams when advocacy issues arise and as appropriate.
  • Cultivate relationships with patients, caregivers, and other community stakeholders by participating in and assisting with community events on behalf of NNI.
  • Establish and manage relationships with key patient organizations, including local chapters of the National Hemophilia Foundation and Hemophilia Federation of America chapters.
  • Regularly communicate perspectives, findings, and insights to STARS leadership through informal and formal mechanisms, including sharing insights and competitive intelligence within the hemophilia area.
  • Represent NNI to the Hemophilia patient community and patient organizations, with the goal of increasing patient awareness of Novo Nordisk's hemophilia products in an assigned territory.
  • Serve as the center of coordination for patient-related activities across the patient community and the broader NNI organization, ensuring that learnings from patients, caregivers, and other stakeholders are incorporated into the STARS strategy and business decisions.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, including hemophilia care, treatment, or advocacy, business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience, and marketing or clinical experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree, with a scientific degree preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate fluent or high-level proficiency in Spanish, in both oral and written communication.
What We Offer

Novo Nordisk offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $80,670 to $141,170, a company bonus based on individual and company performance, long-term incentive compensation, and company vehicles.
