Job Title: Technical Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at Bridgehead IT. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple client environments, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing expert guidance on technical solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing multiple client environments.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to create and implement technical strategies that align with their goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on our products and services, offering solutions to technical challenges.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of technical solutions.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, including business reviews and progress assessments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns, escalating when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in technical account management, IT management, or related role.
  • Strong technical background with a wide range of technical skills and expertise.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client environments and deliver outstanding results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into easily understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset and a passion for exceeding client expectations.
