Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Commercial Health account team at Esri. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in identifying and implementing strategies that drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including customers, partners, and thought leaders.
  • Understand Our Customers: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including its challenges, trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Learn and Grow: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in geospatial technology and its applications in the healthcare industry.
  • Deliver Results: Develop and execute account strategies that drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Others: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting, or program management.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including its challenges, trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally (25-50%).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with GIS, Esri technology, and the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of data science and spatial analysis.
  • Experience managing the sales life cycle.
  • Knowledge of industry fiscal year, budgeting, and procurement cycles.
