Role Summary:

In this role, you will engage in selling telecommunications products to various business entities and individual clients through telephone interactions, executing the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develops lists of potential clients to utilize as sales leads, drawing from various sources such as advertising inquiries, trade exhibitions, direct mail responses, and online platforms.
  2. Conducts outbound follow-up calls to both potential and existing clients via phone and email to qualify leads and promote products and services.
  3. Manages incoming sales inquiries to convert them into successful sales.
  4. Addresses technical and commercial objections from prospective clients effectively.
  5. Delivers product demonstrations to qualified clients upon request.
  6. Highlights key features of products, provides pricing and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for confirmed sales.
  7. Estimates delivery timelines for clients based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules.
  8. Fosters and maintains strong client relationships.
  9. Documents business transactions through detailed reporting.
  10. Inputs new client information and updates existing sales data into the database.
  11. Investigates and resolves client issues related to deliveries.
