About the Role

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a skilled Security Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.
  • Act as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and field operations managers to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to security officers within approved empowerment ranges.
  • Assure that security officers receive appropriate training and development in both technical and professional skills.
  • Administer job safety analyses (JSAs) and safety programs to identify and mitigate site-specific hazards.
  • Manage uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles utilized at the account, maintaining accurate inventories and maintenance checklists.
Requirements
  • Be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of personnel and the general public.
  • Meet licensing requirements as per state and local laws and regulations.
  • Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
