About Moda Floors and Interiors

Moda Floors and Interiors is a leading specialty home improvement supplier dedicated to designing and installing flooring and window coverings. With a showroom and warehouse in the West Midtown Design District, we serve both residential and light commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales and Design Consultant, you will be responsible for selling flooring and interiors products to consumers and building trade clients, interacting with referral sources, and marketing MODA programs and services to new clients and networking groups.

Performance Expectations

You will be expected to meet MODA's minimum sales standards, including sales per month, gross margin, and trade client acquisition. Additionally, you will be required to adhere to MODA's customer service standards, including handling 8-10 new opportunities per week, preparing and presenting quotes within 48 hours, and providing general communication and follow-up with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Sales and Design Consultant, you will receive a competitive base salary, unlimited earning potential, and commission payments calculated and paid monthly. You will also be eligible for benefits, including a savings plan with 3% match, group health and dental insurance, and paid vacation.
