Store Operations Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Supervise and develop a team of employees, promoting a positive and productive work culture.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment for all guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, meet or exceed sales targets, and optimize store performance.
- Ensure effective inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels and minimizing shrinkage.
- Monitor and control expenses, payroll, and other store costs, making data-driven decisions to optimize store profitability.
- Implement new product lines, promotions, and marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Lead by example, demonstrating leadership skills, and promoting a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and move around the store with ease.
- Occasional lifting, bending, and climbing of ladders to access high shelves or stock merchandise.
- Ability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Working Conditions:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
