Compensation & Benefits:

- Hourly wages ranging from $16.00 to $20.00, inclusive of bonuses and commissions.

Ideal Candidates:
- Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) with prior experience in retail or sales (preferred).
- Exhibit strong analytical skills, proficient in mathematics and computer usage, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
- Have a passion for holistic wellness with a foundational understanding of massage and skincare services.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and understood.
- Advocate for the importance of Total Body Care by informing clients about new and enhanced services, promoting the Massage Envy Wellness Program, scheduling future appointments, and encouraging retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
- Facilitate clinic operations by welcoming clients, managing service appointments, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.
- Assist in expanding and retaining our client base through in-person interactions and outreach.
