Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Desktop Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees, ensuring that they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Implement process improvements to enhance the help desk experience
  • Collaborate with the desktop support team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and trends in the IT industry

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a desktop support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
  • Experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
