Job Title: Treatment Coordinator for Orthodontic Practice

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Dental Administrators Inc. As a key member of our orthodontic practice, you will be responsible for facilitating solutions to patients' dental health needs.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling consultations, presenting treatment plans, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with patients seeking advanced cosmetic dentistry and schedule consultations
  • Contact leads daily, schedule follow-up appointments, and present treatment plans
  • Ensure exceptional patient experience and office efficiency
  • Follow the Orthodontist's instructions and adhere to their directives
  • Make welcome calls to new patients, answer initial questions, and set expectations for the first visit
  • Proactively receive patients on their first visit, assist with paperwork, and ensure smooth patient flow
  • Prepare financial treatment plans, present to patients, and coordinate payment options
  • Ensure effective communication when explaining financial options and take ownership of treatment, payment, and appointment-related needs
  • Assist patients in offering payment plans, including Care Credit options
  • Ensure patient payments and insurance statements are up to date and current
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related tasks as assigned
