Job Title: Orthodontic Sales Representative

Our client, a leading provider of innovative orthodontic solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales representative to join their team. As an Orthodontic Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our client's customer base in the Greater Los Angeles Market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various customer engagement methods, including relationships, cold calling, and presentations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and skills to provide tailored solutions.
  • Attend sales events, training sessions, and meetings to stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments.
  • Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management, using financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Expand our client's customer database within your assigned territory.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the orthodontic or dental industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record of over-achieving sales quotas and meeting targets.
  • Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year.
  • OTE variable of $80,000 per year (first quarter guaranteed).
  • Stock options.
  • Car allowance, including gas.
  • Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and more.
