Key Responsibilities:- Install and assemble electro-mechanical sub-assemblies, parts, and components according to custom schematics.
- Perform light machining tasks, as required per project.
- Oversee layout and cutting of frames, cabinets, panels, and other related components.
- Responsible for primary machine mechanical assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting.
- Perform tasks in accordance with US and European standards, defined quality standards, and all related organizational design and safety standards.
- Assist with the wiring of custom systems, including electrical panel building, machine wiring, pulling wire, terminating, bending conduit, wiring motors, and system startup and testing.
- Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot/repair, and/or test systems (approximately 25%).
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned, including clean-up, light maintenance duties, material movement, inventory counts, crate/pallet building, furniture assembly, and forklift operation.
- HS Diploma with some technical schooling or training.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting in the integration and fabrication of complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering documentation in AutoCAD.
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident legally authorized to work in the US.
- Must have a valid and current US Driver's License.
- Must be willing and able to successfully pass a complete background check and drug test.
- Must be available and willing to work extended hours and weekends.
- Prior experience working with BOMs and/or computerized MRP or ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics.
- Prior experience and solid understanding of motion control design, PLC/PC programming, and distributed control theory highly preferred.
- Working knowledge and experience with ISO and/or NQA-1 quality standards and procedures.
This role is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the pay range is estimated to be $20-$28 an hour, and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401k + match, and PTO.
