* Advise on a wide range of product development and release matters, including negotiating technology transactions, inbound technology licenses, development agreements, and pre-release agreements.

* Provide expert guidance on product documentation reviews, and perform first-line support for all product-related issues, including privacy, security, compliance, and AI issues.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build deep trust and offer valuable insights with a solutions-oriented approach.

Requirements:

* Current member in good standing of a U.S. state bar.

* 2-5 years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department of a technology company advising clients on the full range of product development matters.

* Experience drafting and negotiating technology transactions and handling complex IP-related legal issues.

* Ability to independently investigate and understand new issues, technologies, and functionality, and communicate the results of that investigation across a variety of relevant teams.

* Ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
