Job Title: Regional Clinical Specialist

Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of care for our residents and promoting regulatory compliance in our skilled nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and audit operational systems, records, and personnel to ensure adequate level of care for residents.
  • Assist and support facility administrators, directors of nursing, Medicare coordinators, and assessment nurses in maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Review Medicare and Medicaid claims for accurate reimbursement.
  • Develop and implement plans of correction to address insufficient practices and promote regulatory compliance.
  • Communicate with facility staff, administrators, and directors of nursing to ensure effective implementation of plans of correction.
  • Submit written reports to QA consultants, directors of nursing, administrators, and relevant facility staff.
  • Participate in corporate quality assurance initiatives and contribute to the development of facility policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Current Texas RN licensure required.
  • Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
