Accounts Receivable Specialist

Pinnacle Clinical Research is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounts receivable function, with a focus on collections and supporting our departments and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and identify overdue accounts
  • Contact customers with overdue accounts for collection
  • Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent accounts
  • Process accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Perform accurate financial reporting of accounts receivables data
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
  • Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status
Requirements:
  • Two to four years related experience and/or training
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proven working experience as Accounts Receivable Clerk
  • Ability to be tactfully persistent in the collection of past due accounts
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations
  • Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software
  • Proficiency in English and in MS Office
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • People skills, including possessing a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities
  • Ability to communicate in a diplomatic and professional manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong mathematical knowledge
