We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to collaborate closely with our Sales Directors and Territory Managers in engaging physicians and hospital groups. This pivotal role entails identifying clinical needs and presenting our interventional portfolio to healthcare professionals. The Clinical Specialist will provide crucial support to Interventional Cardiologists and Cardiothoracic Surgeons in Structural Heart and Interventional procedures, thereby contributing to the attainment of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to ensure comprehensive case coverage and favorable clinical outcomes for patients.
  • Provide Clinical Support for Structural Heart implanting centers, delivering technical assistance in accordance with best practices and the Instructions for Use to ensure procedural consistency and optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Assist in Educational Activities for physicians, hospital support staff, and personnel, while staying abreast of clinical data related to our products.
  • Address Inquiries and Provide Technical Support, including expertise in imaging modalities, EKG, blood pressure, hemodynamic waveforms, and ancillary procedural solutions.
  • Cultivate and Uphold Clinical and Technical Product Knowledge, while remaining informed about competitor products, industry trends, and our company's portfolio.
  • Oversee Local Educational Initiatives, encompassing program coordination, procedural troubleshooting, and staff education facilitation.
  • Foster Productive Relationships with key decision-makers, customers, their staff, and administrative personnel.
  • Correlate Clinical Data with Key Messaging to enhance understanding.
  • Support Product Inventory Management.
Requirements:
  • A preference for a robust clinical background, particularly in interventional cardiology, structural heart, electrophysiology, vascular, or cardiac surgery.
  • Essential: Prior experience in the cardiac cath lab environment or as a scrub nurse/tech.
