About the Role
The Site Coordinator Lead is a critical member of our team, responsible for ensuring the successful execution of programs and services at our Community Center. With a strong background in recreation or a related field, this individual will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and develop strategies to enhance the community's quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program schedules, ensuring alignment with community needs and goals.
  • Serve as liaison between community groups, schools, and local organizations, fostering partnerships that benefit residents.
  • Supervise and train subordinate staff, providing guidance on program development and execution.
  • Compile reports, including participant data, vendor information, and facility maintenance requests, for review and approval.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with CSF guidelines, regulations, and company policies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, promoting effective service delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare and distribute promotional materials, highlighting upcoming events and activities.
  • Conduct resident surveys to gauge program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of incidents, including youth and adult abuse reports, and communicate findings to CSF Office and relevant authorities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Recreation, Elementary Education, or related field, and/or two years of experience developing and implementing recreational/social programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
