Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our HR functions and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including resume screening and applicant tracking.
- Ensure compliance with Affirmative Action requirements by maintaining accurate records of applicant interactions.
- Prepare and maintain New Hire Orientation materials and track attendance.
- Assist in processing personnel actions such as new hires, benefits enrollments, and terminations.
- Maintain employee files in accordance with regulatory standards and confidentiality requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to employees and management.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in human resources or a related field.
