Construction Project Manager

Gunner is a premier home improvement company that delivers exceptional customer experiences. As a rapidly growing company, we're expanding nationally and seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our remodeling projects.
Job SummaryWe're looking for a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of construction management experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects to ensure customer satisfaction, profitability, and process improvements
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication
- Ensure all company-branded work is OSHA-compliant and meets regulatory requirements
- Initiate pre-install meetings to review scope of work and set job expectations
- Lead teams to achieve efficient and professional contract completion
- Review and understand project specifics to ensure positive customer experiences and compliance with local building codes
- Schedule and secure materials, equipment, and deliveries
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors
- Monitor quality of installations and conduct post-inspections
- Advise customers on possible changes to scope and provide change orders
- 1-3 years of construction management experience
- Professional appearance and 5-star customer service
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time
- Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
- High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents
- Strong leadership and management skills
- PMP/OSHA certifications, a plus
