Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from post-sale to completion, ensuring timely and profitable delivery.
  • Provide high-quality craftsmanship and communication to customers, meeting their expectations and needs.
  • Ensure all company-branded work is OSHA-compliant and adheres to local building codes.
  • Initiate pre-install meetings to review scope of work with homeowners, setting job expectations and scheduling.
  • Lead by example, promoting safety, teamwork, and discipline to achieve efficient and professional contract completion.
  • Review and understand project specifics, ensuring a positive customer experience and compliance with local building codes.
  • Schedule and secure materials, equipment, and deliveries, minimizing waste and staying within budget.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality installations and timely completion.
  • Monitor quality of installations and conduct post-inspections, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Advise customers on possible changes to scope and provide change orders directly, without prior approval.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of construction management experience.
  • A professional appearance and 5-star customer service.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resourceful problem-solving abilities and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
  • High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a desire to find creative solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • A willingness to learn and be coachable, with potential for promotion and managerial roles as the company grows.
