Job Overview: As a Sales Contact Center Specialist, your key responsibilities will encompass vital functions within the sales division, including executing outbound calls to potential borrowers and effectively directing inbound customer inquiries to the appropriate departments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls for designated sales initiatives.

  • Respond to inbound calls from prospective borrowers promptly and route inquiries as needed.
  • Maintain data accuracy and documentation within required systems.

A Typical Day: You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, alongside the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment. Familiarity with Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office is advantageous. A proven history of delivering timely and precise information in a fast-paced setting is essential, with prior experience in the financial services or mortgage industry preferred.

Compensation:
Individual salaries may vary based on several factors, including specific roles, geographic location, and skills and experience as outlined below:
  • Lower range - Developing skills and experience in the role.
  • Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role.
  • Higher range - Experience and skills add value beyond typical role requirements.

Some positions may qualify for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded based on both company and individual performance.
